The final cleaning of the rental is included with a minimum stay of 7 days.
A stay of less than 7 days requires a € 30 charge for the final cleaning.

Booking:
After the booking process is completed, we require a deposit in the amount of 100 € (no fees apply for the recipient) within ten (10) working days. You will receive detailed banking information in an e-mail. After the deposit is credited to our account, the preliminary reservation is considered final and binding.

What if something comes up?

A “cancellation” is irritating for all parties involved. But things happen and therefore we suggest travel cancellation insurance. We recommend the European Travel HGV Cancellation Protection Insurance („HGV-Stornoschutz der Europäischen Reiseversicherung“). The applicable fee can be paid here or you can contact us directly. We will gladly forward all necessary information to you. In case of a cancellation, all common cancellation terms and conditions of the International Hotel Association with jurisdiction in Bozen, Italy, apply.

Cancellation up to thirty (30) days before day of travel: Deposit of 100€ is non-refundable but may be credited for a later date upon request. Cancellation up to fourteen (14) days before day of travel: Fifty (50) % of the total amount. Cancellation up to one (1) day before day of travel: Ninety (90) % of the total price. In case of a late arrival or an early departure, you will be billed for the entire amount.
